Concord repositioned an obsolete legacy office property into a warm, industrial-chic creative office space. With modern all-glass street front windows, this building sits on a prime location situated between The Grove and Beverly Center with hundreds of shopping and dining options in between. The space was designed for both aesthetic vibrancy and operational efficiency.
Sepulveda Accessory Dwelling Units

Concord converted a full level of structured parking in a 2013-vintage podium construction building to accessory dwelling units (ADUs). Concord was engaged early in the architecture process to help with space planning, with a goal of minimizing parking loss. The team overcame hurdles stemming from the relocation of existing mechanical systems, including fire suppression, plumbing, and ventilation.
