Founded in 2003, Concord is a Beverly Hills–based, vertically integrated real estate investment and services firm with expertise in value-add, opportunistic, and core/core+ strategies across the Western United States. We combine a ground-up, operations-first approach with institutional-grade underwriting, reporting, and fiduciary discipline. Our platform is built around a deep understanding of our clients’ investment objectives and a commitment to long-term value creation, with a full suite of services available, including acquisitions & asset management, lending, property management, leasing, accounting, and construction management.
Our leadership team brings over 100 years of collective experience, with a particular concentration of expertise in the multifamily sector. Our portfolio spans conventional apartment properties, student housing, and affordable housing, and we are equally adept at repositioning historic prewar high-rises as we are at operating 21st-century garden-style assets.
