Known to native San Franciscans as the historic Grace Building and located just steps from Union Square, 166 Geary is a 16 story commercial building servicing high-end office clientele. Concord purchased the asset in 2014 and has completed substantial capital improvements to elevate the interior which in turn, elevated the level of tenancy and clientele of this prime downtown location. During this time, CPM has significantly increased occupancy and unique usage within the asset.
