Redondo Beach Pier and Marina

In 2020 CPM assumed management of a group of municipal properties located in Redondo Beach, CA, servicing the pier and marina. Management of this portfolio has required close communication with the City of Redondo Beach and afforded CPM insight into working directly with government agencies. One of the outlets, Pier Plaza, offers the area’s most desirable beach front office space with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the Pier. Another outlet, Fisherman’s Wharf, is perched directly above the ocean, offering dining, entertainment and retail to service the local community as well as the booming tourist trade. The beachfront boardwalk connects the pier to the marina; Redondo Beach Marina offers slips and moorings for personal and commercial vessels and is a highly-visited destination in the area.
