As a Managing Director and Principal at Concord Companies, Yoav leads the firm’s revenue businesses across all asset classes with Concord’s strategic direction and growth as his primary focus. His extensive background of over 20 years in real estate investments allows him and the team to identify unique opportunities by marrying in-depth local market knowledge with creative solutions to add and maximize value to properties. Throughout his career, Yoav has been involved in the execution and oversight of over $1 Billion in real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Concord in 2008, Yoav had several years of experience in commercial real estate investment, development, and management with Brighton Holdings, a diversified private investment company. Yoav is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, and serves on numerous leadership and board positions with The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, Sinai Temple & Sinai Akiba Academy, the Westwood Homeowners Association, among several other professional and philanthropic institutions.

In his spare time, Yoav loves spending time, travelling, and goofing around with his wife and children, and he sincerely hopes they feel the same way too!
