Samuel is predominantly responsible for capital strategies for Concord Companies and all entities under its umbrella. He is an accomplished real estate professional with 20 years of direct experience in sourcing, acquiring, developing and structuring commercial real estate projects globally. In his day to day role, Samuel is responsible for the acquisition, financing, and disposition of real estate assets to help drive the firm’s long-term growth plans.  

Samuel has worked for an array of exceptional corporations around the world: Century 21 (Jerusalem), Morgan Forbes (London), Marcus and Millichap (New York), Universe Holdings (Los Angeles), and Wealth Stone (Los Angeles). Throughout his career, Samuel has transacted over $1B of real estate deals. 

Samuel grew up in Belgium and started playing tennis there as a child. He has played on courts around the world and still enjoys the sport.
