Jose runs Concord’s Lancaster portfolio with 600 units under his purview. Jose is responsible for budgeting and financial reporting, tenant relations, staff supervisions, risk management. When CapEx projects arise, Jose supervises across all properties; he also plays a large role in the strategic planning of the business by identifying opportunities for growth and analyzing market trends in the multifamily space.

On the weekends, Jose can be found camping or watching NFL games.
