JoJo oversees Concord’s Los Angeles portfolio of over 1,800 units in 60+ buildings. He supervises the operational staff and maintenance technicians to ensure that both property and resident management runs seamlessly. JoJo is in direct communication with owners and landlords to keep them up to date on their properties’ finances, occupancy, and operational overview.
